Lokesh has over 15 years of experience in integrated services that include market research, offshoring, internet marketing, voice sales & Internet technologies. Lokesh has vast experience in managing teams (internet marketing, offshoring and research operations), sales, marketing and service delivery in highly competitive and dynamic environments. Lokesh is heading the Sales, Marketing & Research division at Webigg Technology and is responsible for business development, project delivery and process implementations/improvement.

Prior to joining Webigg Technology, Lokesh worked for various big institutions at high level positions helping them to grow and strategies various processes. While with the last institution, Lokesh has worked on over 500 projects across geographies and industry sectors. In his last role, Lokesh was heading the market operations team and was designated as Chief Operations Officer managing over 400 staff members.

Victor De Paz - Marketing Partner (Canada)

Victor is an experienced market research professional with over 15 years in the business. He currently manages all facets of market research operations at Webigg Technology in Canada Location. He brings in a wealth of expertise with him in all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research, project management, operations management and organic/inorganic growth.

He is responsible for contributing to high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty via purposeful, efficient and effective market research implementation. He is heading the prime vertical at Webigg Technology and ensures successful delivery for all clients based in Canada and partly in USA.

Tanu Shree - Technical Consultant

Tanu Shree heads the analytics, automation and smart reporting domain at Webigg Technology. Tanu Shree has around 8 years of experience on Market Research specializing in study design, survey analytics and insight generation. Tanu Shree has experience of heading projects involving complex designs and advanced multi-variate analysis techniques. She has also managed a large number of projects involving client's live data, brand research and deliveries across different verticals. Her special focus areas are client choice models and pricing research.

Kiran Sharma - Design Architect

Kiran spearheads Webigg Technology’s Design & Developemnt vertical with 6+ years of experience in the industry. She is associated with Webigg Technology for last 4 years and manages all assignments related to designs & developents in all segments & industries. She has successfully managed and delivered 150+ projects in last four years. Before joining Webigg Technology she was associated with top firms in the city in their Operations and Quality services. She has hands on experience of the industry.

As a Design Architect, she has straddled the entire spectrum of design and development with her team and functions along with legal compliances, audit, IT, procurement, HR and Administration. In her long career, Kiran has also worked with popular brands in India.

Deepika Pruthi - Human Resource Consultant

Deepika Pruthi is a seasoned professional and brings to the table over two decades of multi-industry experience spanning a gamut of industries. She has substantial experience in executive search and research. In her professional career spanning over 12 years, she had gained considerable experience in closing C- level searches across geographies. Deepika joined us from New Delhi, India where she led the hirings, recruitment, performance and deliveries for India operations and successfully executed senior level mandates across industries.

Prior to joining Webigg Technology, Deepika has worked extensively for the Consumer Markets Practice with in various firms where she led the practice at their Global Knowledge Center. She has handled complex research projects and active mandates for various ventures.
